Construction Management (CM)

Valley Commercial has successfully completed over a $100 million in commercial, educational, recreational, and industrial projects. We work closely with the selected architect/engineering firm and put together all bid packages for all phases of the construction projects. The subcontractors are thoroughly vetted by us to assure there are zero scope gaps in their respective bid packages. We write the subcontractors and purchase orders for the project. We coordinate the entire project from start to finish and throughout the warranty period of the projects. We handle all scheduling, invoicing, job meetings and changes to the scope of work.
